New-MailboxRepairRequest

So you’ve had a mail store become hopelessly corrupted, maybe a log file has gone missing and you are stuck with an unmountable MDB file. You run the required ESEUTIL commands, wait the requisite hours that takes and remount the DB. BUT, you find that there are still issues with individual mailboxes. So you decide to move the mailbox to a healthy, fresh DB. Good Idea! BUT… it won’t move. The move fails and you are now contemplating doing the export/import/delete/add dance…. no fun in that at all New-MailboxRepairRequest -Mailbox user@domain.com -CorruptionType SearchFolder, AggregateCounts, ProvisionedFolder, FolderView This is a relatively obscure command that allowed the mailbox simply to be moved from the now repaired DB to a new DB.
